By accessing datumbladecare.ca (the “Site”) or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Information

Joining the Datum Blade Care waitlist grants you access to product updates and priority launch notifications. Waitlist enrollment does not constitute a contract of sale, a guarantee of product availability, a reservation of inventory, or a binding price guarantee. Product specifications, launch timelines, and retail pricing remain subject to change at our sole discretion prior to commercial release.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, 3D renderings, animations, visual assets, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Datum Blade Care Inc. or its licensors and are protected under Canadian, US, and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this Site without express written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site, or harvest data from the Site through automated means.
